3 1/2 cup graham flour
1 c butter milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 cup dark syrup(any kind) can be reduced sugar
Mix and bake until done as a cake then break into pieces on a cookie sheet and bake until crisp.
Run through a grinder or food processer on chop. If they are not crisp enough for your taste recrisp in oven.
Store as you do cereal.
