Head, Neck, and Back Pain

Today I will talk alittle about Pain of the Head, Neck and Back. I could go on and on but I want to share a couple of excersises that you can do while sitting at your desk or standing anywhere. The first one is as simple as pressing firmly on your forehead with your hands and holding your head firmly so it doesn't move. This relieves tension in the neck down into the upper part of the back. (It is also good excersize for that double chin) Next do the following on each side of your head: place palm of hand just above the ear and with firm even pressure push holding your head firm. You can feel this relaxing and relieving tension all the way down your back. I do this about 10 time on each side. You can also do the same to the back of the head. Just make sure that your head doesn't move. THIS IS AMAZING!! You can do it anywhere and you will be amazed at how it works. You can do this as many times a day as you feel the tension mounting. After a hard day of work I rub Nichols Soap N Stuff Emu Oil Muscle and Joint Rub on my neck and back and do these excersizes and hit the bed. They only take a few short minutes to do.
Also have you ever tried use an excersize ball? They are great!! 10 min. every day (while I watch TV) and it relieves the lower back pain and I've really noticed my stomach getting tighter and flatter! It doesn't matter what ball you use. Most come with exercises to target the area's that you need to work on. None of these are too strenuous so most anyone can do them. Dr. recommend these for many patients that have had back surgery but to be safe talk to your Dr. if you've had surgery.
