Athlete's Foot

Athlete's Foot is a very irritating condition. It itches, and sometimes becomes sore. A fungus grows on the skin between and under the toes, especially the fourth and fifth toes. The skin becomes red, flaky and itchy and smells unpleasnat. Sweat or water makes the top layer of skin white and soggy. Other parts of the foot may also be affected. Athlete's foot is slightly contagious. It can be caught from others through contact with shed fragments of their affected skin. It is very common.
WHAT SHOULD BE DONE?
After taking a bath or shower or swimming dry between your toes carefully. Spray with Anti fungal Foot Spray http://cgi.ebay.com/Anti-Fungal-Foot-Spray-with-Tea-Tree-and-Emu-Oil_W0QQitemZ220002696061QQihZ012QQcategoryZ108690QQcmdZViewItem
This has Australian Tea Tree which is an antiseptic plus it has a drying agent. It will foam slightly when it works. Let AIR dry. This refreshes your feet as well as helps heal it.
After it dries wear absorbent socks made of natural fibers, such as cotton. Wear open sandals or shoes with porous soles and uppers. Change your socks daily, and air your shoes well when not wearing them. There are also antifungal tablets that the Dr. may give you if the above doesn't clear it up in a week or two.
